Shipping and Returns
1. How much is the shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
2. How long does the shipping take?
Shipping processing time may take up to 10 days and it will take about 10 - 15 business days depending on your location. Please understand that due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than usual.
3. Return Policy
We are happy to offer full returns (minus shipping charges) if you are unsatisfied with your order. Your item must be unused and be in the same condition that you have received it to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
The return status will be notified and approved once we have received and inspected the returned product. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank to process and settle the refund.

4. Damages and issues
Should your received products arrive damaged, please send us an email to email@example.com with photos of the damaged products. Please send within 2 days of receiving your products. We will make a replacement arrangement promptly. If the product is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
